Executive

The Executive – Human Resource and Administration will be responsible for managing core HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance, along with overseeing administrative functions. The involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate employee induction, training programs, and development initiatives.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement.
• Handle attendance management, leave records, and access control systems.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities including office maintenance and facility coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and other support services.
• Monitor office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare HR and administrative MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes.
