Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor in-process manufacturing activities for GMP compliance.
• Conduct line clearance before production and packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and verification activities.
• Review batch manufacturing and operational documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Investigate process deviations and support CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with production and QC teams for quality compliance.
• Maintain IPQA records and compliance documentation.
• Monitor environmental and operational compliance standards.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
• Verify equipment cleaning and operational readiness procedures.
• Conduct GMP and quality awareness training programs.
• Support change control and risk assessment activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
