R&D Chemist

The R&D Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, developing formulations, and supporting product development projects. The involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, scale-up, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct formulation development trials for new and existing products.
• Perform laboratory experiments and document observations accurately.
• Assist in process optimization and scale-up activities.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as reports, protocols, and records.
• Support stability studies and analyze results for product performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and production teams for development activities.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues.
• Maintain proper laboratory records and ensure data integrity.
• Handle chemicals and reagents safely as per safety protocols.
• Participate in technology transfer and validation processes.
• Stay updated with new developments in pharmaceutical research.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
