The Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The involves working closely with department heads to ensure effective workforce planning, maintaining HR records, and driving initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency within the healthcare environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation as per company policies.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations across departments.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, and performance metrics.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation of cases as per policy.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance documentation is audit-ready at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and communication.
- Manage vendor coordination for HR-related services such as background verification and training.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with the organization’s values and healthcare standards.
- Handle HR communications including announcements, circulars, and policy updates.
