Senior Nurse - IPD

We are looking for a Senior Nurse - IPD to provide advanced nursing care, patient supervision, and clinical support in the inpatient department. The requires experience in IPD nursing, patient care, medication administration, documentation, and team coordination. The candidate should guide junior nurses and ensure high standards of inpatient care and safety.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to admitted IPD patients.
• Monitor patient condition, vitals, and treatment response.
• Administer medications and treatments as per doctor orders.
• Assist doctors during rounds and bedside procedures.
• Supervise and support junior nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Ensure proper patient admission, transfer, and discharge support.
• Follow infection control and patient safety practices.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and departments.
• Identify clinical changes and report immediately to the medical team.
• Educate patients and attendants about care plans.
• Ensure proper shift handover and continuity of care.
• Maintain discipline and readiness in patient care areas.
• Support audits and nursing quality improvement activities.
