Dedicated Technical Assistant - OSD Packing responsible for supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations for oral solid dosage products and ensuring compliance with GMP and packaging standards. Skilled in packing line operations, documentation management, equipment handling, and quality monitoring. Experienced in maintaining packaging efficiency and supporting smooth pharmaceutical packing workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in OSD packaging and packing line operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and packaging SOPs consistently.
- Support packing line setup and line clearance procedures.
- Maintain packaging records and operational documentation accurately.
- Monitor packaging workflow and operational efficiency regularly.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging material handling procedures.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams for compliance support.
- Report machine malfunctions and packaging issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within packaging areas.
- Follow pharmaceutical safety and hygiene standards consistently.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in audits and packaging compliance inspections.
- Ensure proper handling of finished products and packaging materials.
