Junior Consultant - Paediatrics and Neonatology

The Junior Consultant - Paediatrics and Neonatology will support pediatric and neonatal care, OPD/IPD services, emergency stabilization, newborn monitoring, parent counselling, and documentation at Rhea Healthcare. This requires MBBS with MD / DNB / DCH Pediatrics or Neonatology qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage pediatric and neonatal patients in OPD, IPD, NICU, and emergency areas.
• Monitor vitals, feeding, oxygen support, growth, and clinical progress.
• Support newborn care, pediatric emergency response, and stabilization.
• Review investigation reports and escalate critical findings.
• Coordinate with nursing, NICU, laboratory, pharmacy, and emergency teams.
• Maintain pediatric notes, treatment charts, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
• Counsel parents regarding child condition, medicines, feeding, and follow-up.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and family-centered pediatric care.
