Assistant Accounts Officer

The Assistant Accounts Officer will manage financial operations, accounting entries, budget tracking, audit support, billing coordination, and financial reporting at AIIMS Vijaypur, Jammu.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and financial entries.
• Support budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial planning.
• Coordinate audit-related documentation and compliance activities.
• Manage payment processing, billing verification, and reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS reports for management.
• Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments for finance-related approvals and queries.
