The Senior OT Technician is responsible for preparing operation theatres, managing surgical instruments, and assisting surgeons during procedures. The ensures sterilization standards, equipment readiness, and smooth surgical workflow. The candidate will coordinate with nursing staff and surgeons to maintain efficiency in the operating room while ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.
