Senior Resident - Attending Consultant - Anaesthesia

The Senior Resident / Attending Consultant - Anaesthesia will support anesthesia services, pre-operative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, airway management, post-operative recovery, and emergency support at Max Healthcare, Lucknow. This requires MBBS with MD Anaesthesia and 0–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessment and prepare anesthesia plans.
• Assist or administer anesthesia during surgeries and procedures.
• Monitor airway, vitals, fluids, pain control, and patient stability.
• Manage recovery room care and post-anesthesia complications.
• Coordinate with surgeons, OT staff, ICU, nursing, and emergency teams.
• Maintain anesthesia records, consent forms, and procedure documentation.
• Respond to airway emergencies and critical intraoperative events.
• Follow anesthesia safety, OT discipline, and infection control protocols.
