Head - TPA

The Head - TPA will manage insurance desk operations, cashless approval workflow, claim documentation, TPA coordination, reimbursement support, billing coordination, and insurance process compliance at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires any graduate qualification with 8–10 years of TPA or insurance experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead TPA, insurance, cashless, reimbursement, and claim coordination activities.
• Manage pre-authorization, approval follow-up, enhancement requests, final approval, and claim submission.
• Verify patient insurance documents, policy details, estimates, discharge summaries, and claim files.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPA providers, billing, doctors, nursing, finance, and patients.
• Monitor claim status, query resolution, pending approvals, short payments, and rejected claims.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding insurance process, required documents, and payment responsibility.
• Ensure accurate documentation, claim file preparation, and timely submission of insurance claims.
• Supervise TPA executives and maintain process discipline at the insurance desk.
• Prepare TPA MIS, approval reports, claim settlement reports, and pending claim trackers.
• Identify insurance process gaps, claim leakage, and documentation errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, financial, and insurance information.
• Ensure smooth, transparent, and patient-friendly TPA operations.
