Senior Nurse - Endoscopy

We are looking for a Senior Nurse - Endoscopy to support endoscopy procedures, patient preparation, sedation monitoring, recovery care, and infection control. The requires experience in endoscopy nursing, equipment handling, documentation, and patient safety. The candidate should coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient endoscopy services.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for endoscopy procedures.
• Assist doctors during endoscopic investigations and procedures.
• Monitor patients during sedation and recovery phases.
• Ensure proper cleaning and handling of endoscopy equipment.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Maintain endoscopy procedure records and nursing notes.
• Support pre-procedure assessment and patient verification.
• Educate patients about preparation and post-procedure care.
• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.
• Report complications or abnormal signs immediately.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and nursing teams.
• Maintain availability of endoscopy consumables and supplies.
• Support safe patient transfer and recovery care.
• Guide junior nurses in endoscopy workflow when required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards.
