Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator will manage OPD/IPD billing, discharge billing, payment coordination, bill verification, documentation, and patient billing support at MGM New Bombay Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This requires graduate qualification preferred with 2–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, emergency, procedure, and discharge bills accurately.
• Verify patient details, services, pharmacy, investigations, and package entries.
• Coordinate with nursing, doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, TPA, and accounts teams.
• Explain bill details, deposits, refunds, and pending dues to patients.
• Maintain billing records, reports, and payment documentation.
• Identify billing errors, missing charges, or documentation gaps.
• Support discharge billing and final clearance.
• Ensure accurate and patient-friendly billing service.
