TPA Executive

The TPA Executive will be responsible for handling Third Party Administrator (TPA) and insurance-related activities, including pre-authorization, claim processing, and coordination with insurance companies. The requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and knowledge of healthcare billing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle cashless insurance approval and pre-authorization processes.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage details.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and within timelines.
• Follow up on pending approvals, rejections, and claim settlements.
• Coordinate with billing and clinical departments for documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation for insurance and reimbursement cases.
• Resolve discrepancies in insurance claims and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance and TPA cases.
• Explain insurance processes and requirements to patients and attendants.
• Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and hospital policies.
• Track claim status and provide timely updates to patients and management.
• Assist in discharge clearance for insured patients.
• Coordinate for pre and post-hospitalization approvals when required.
• Maintain MIS reports related to TPA and insurance activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with insurance providers.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents.
• Handle denial management and resubmission of claims when necessary.
• Stay updated with insurance policies, regulations, and industry changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or billing head.
