The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns effectively.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Support HR audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for compliance such as PF, ESIC, and other statutory filings.
- Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage exit processes including interviews and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
- Stay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
