Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns effectively.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Support HR audits and ensure audit readiness.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance such as PF, ESIC, and other statutory filings.
  • Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
  • Manage exit processes including interviews and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
  • Stay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to building a productive and positive workplace culture.
