The Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently in a healthcare environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and hospital policies.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, promotions, and exits.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management review.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Monitor employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Manage full and final settlements and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Ensure timely updating of HR systems and documentation.
- Support audits and accreditation processes (NABH compliance).
- Assist in policy formulation and implementation.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling employee data.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and regulatory changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
