HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will manage healthcare recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation, joining follow-up, and manpower support at EPIC Multispeciality Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires any graduate qualification with 2–3 years of HR recruitment experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates for clinical, nursing, administrative, technical, and support staff positions.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
• Conduct initial HR discussion, candidate follow-up, and basic profile verification.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status reports, joining records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal teams for hiring.
• Follow up with selected candidates for salary discussion, offer process, documents, and joining date.
• Support onboarding, induction coordination, employee file creation, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and urgent vacancy closures.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants.
• Support HR MIS, recruitment reports, and hiring performance updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate, employee, and hospital information.
• Ensure smooth, professional, and timely recruitment support for hospital staffing needs.
