Dedicated Operator - Ointment Filling & Sealing responsible for operating ointment filling and sealing machines, monitoring packaging processes, and ensuring compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. Skilled in machine operation, packaging workflow management, documentation handling, and quality monitoring.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate ointment filling and sealing machines efficiently.
- Monitor filling and sealing processes for product quality compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing SOPs consistently.
- Maintain batch records and operational documentation accurately.
- Perform machine setup and line clearance activities when required.
- Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues promptly.
- Ensure proper handling of packaging materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams for quality support.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within manufacturing areas.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
