Experienced Quality Control Officer to Senior Executive - RM/PM/FG/Stability responsible for performing analytical testing and ensuring quality compliance for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and stability samples within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Skilled in analytical instrumentation, laboratory operations, documentation management, and GMP compliance. Adept at maintaining product quality standards and supporting regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Conduct stability sample analysis as per approved protocols.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory SOPs.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution systems.
• Maintain laboratory records and analytical documentation accurately.
• Investigate out-of-specification analytical results promptly.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams for quality-related support.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory samples and chemicals.
• Support calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
• Monitor laboratory safety and operational compliance standards.
• Prepare analytical reports and testing summaries regularly.
• Support method validation and analytical transfer activities.
