The Executive - Front Office Billing will support patient registration, front desk coordination, billing entries, payment guidance, appointment support, service enquiry handling, and patient support at Gleneagles BGS Hospital, Bengaluru. This requires any degree qualification with 0–3 years of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and billing support.
- Prepare OPD bills, service bills, procedure bills, and payment receipts as assigned.
- Verify patient details, service entries, doctor charges, investigations, and billing information.
- Guide patients for consultation, diagnostics, pharmacy, reports, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, front office, nursing, diagnostics, and support teams.
- Maintain registration records, billing logs, payment details, and patient information.
- Explain payment details and billing process politely to patients and attendants.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and phone enquiries professionally.
- Identify billing errors, missing entries, or documentation gaps and report to seniors.
- Follow hospital billing SOPs, tariff rules, and approval workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Ensure smooth front office and billing operations.
