The Medical Transcription will prepare medical reports, discharge summaries, clinical notes, dictated documents, and healthcare documentation at Rhea Healthcare. This requires any graduate qualification with medical transcription training or healthcare documentation knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Type medical reports, discharge summaries, clinical notes, and doctor dictations.
• Ensure correct medical terminology, patient details, diagnosis, and procedure names.
• Coordinate with doctors, MRD, nursing, and front office teams for documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and medical documents.
• Format documents as per hospital standards and approval requirements.
• Correct and update records after doctor review.
• Track pending summaries and documentation requests.
• Ensure accurate and timely medical transcription support.
