Student Support Executive

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Student Support Executive to manage student support, training coordination, progress analysis, employee relations support, and problem-solving activities. The requires strong communication, time management, and coordination skills. The candidate will help students stay informed, supported, and engaged throughout their learning journey.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate student support and communication activities.
• Assist in training sessions and learning coordination.
• Track student progress, attendance, and participation.
• Handle student queries and resolve routine concerns.
• Support problem-solving and student guidance.
• Maintain student records and progress reports.
• Coordinate with trainers, faculty, and support teams.
• Share updates, reminders, and learning instructions.
• Support employee relations-related training coordination.
• Identify students needing additional support.
• Prepare reports on progress and engagement.
• Maintain professional and helpful student interaction.
