Executive Secretary

The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support, medical administration coordination, hospital administration assistance, communication management, MIS reporting, and executive-level coordination at Apollo Hospitals, Madurai. This requires Any Graduate qualification with MBA preferred and 3–7 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management or department heads.
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, correspondence, reports, and communication flow.
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, official letters, and management updates.
• Coordinate with medical administration, hospital administration, doctors, department heads, and support teams.
• Track action points, approvals, pending work, follow-ups, and department performance updates.
• Handle confidential communication, internal documents, and sensitive administrative information.
• Support hospital administration activities including coordination, documentation, reporting, and process follow-up.
• Manage calls, emails, meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and official communication when required.
• Maintain organized records, files, digital documents, and executive office data.
• Ensure professional, timely, and accurate executive support.
