Associate Director - B and M Retail is responsible for leading and overseeing brick-and-mortar (B&M) retail operations, driving business growth, managing sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across retail locations. The involves strategic planning, customer experience management, team leadership, business development, and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee overall B&M retail operations across assigned locations or business units.
- Develop and implement retail business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor retail performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency regularly.
- Drive business growth through effective sales planning and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide retail management teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction across retail outlets.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and supply chain coordination for retail operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and financial controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational enhancement.
- Prepare and review business reports, sales performance reports, and operational MIS for management review.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance development of retail teams.
