Job Description

Experienced Sr. Manager – Regulatory Labeling (End-to-End) responsible for leading global regulatory labeling operations, label compliance, artwork coordination, and lifecycle management activities for pharmaceutical products. Skilled in managing labeling strategies, regulatory submissions, change controls, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance with international health authority requirements. Adept at driving labeling accuracy, process standardization, and timely implementation of regulatory updates across product portfolios.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end regulatory labeling activities for pharmaceutical products across global markets.
  • Develop and implement labeling strategies in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage creation, review, approval, and maintenance of product labeling and artwork content.
  • Coordinate labeling updates related to regulatory changes, safety information, and product variations.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, packaging, medical, and commercial teams.
  • Ensure labeling compliance with global health authority regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Oversee change control management for labeling revisions and artwork modifications.
  • Support regulatory submissions, renewals, and lifecycle management activities involving labeling documentation.
  • Review prescribing information, carton labels, inserts, and packaging components for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage timelines and ensure timely implementation of labeling changes across product portfolios.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assess impact on existing labeling practices.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance labeling efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, artwork agencies, and manufacturing partners for labeling execution.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and regulatory queries related to labeling operations.
  • Mentor and guide regulatory labeling teams on compliance standards, systems, and best practices.
