HR Assistant Manager

The HR Assistant Manager will support hospital human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance coordination, payroll support, HR documentation, and compliance tracking. This requires strong communication skills, HR process knowledge, people management ability, and confidentiality. The candidate will coordinate with department heads and staff to ensure smooth manpower planning, disciplined HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with hospital policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for clinical, nursing, administrative, and support staff positions.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, induction coordination, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee files, qualification records, experience documents, and HR database updates.
• Track attendance, leave records, shift schedules, duty rosters, and payroll inputs accurately.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements, staffing gaps, and performance concerns.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, workplace concerns, and routine HR communication professionally.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating salary inputs, approvals, deductions, and attendance records.
• Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attrition data, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training programs, staff development sessions, and mandatory compliance trainings.
• Support performance appraisal, confirmation review, and employee feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital rules, labor requirements, documentation standards, and HR procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records, HR decisions, and sensitive workplace information.
• Promote professionalism, discipline, teamwork, and positive employee relations across the hospital.
