HR Execuetive

ASG Eye Hospital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource functions and support the overall employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Address employee queries, grievances, and support conflict resolution
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback systems
• Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
