Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Consultant Anesthesiologist to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia care across various surgical procedures while ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. The involves pre-operative evaluation, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative care, along with coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, including medical history review and risk evaluation
• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia as per surgical requirements
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly
• Manage airway, ventilators, and critical care support during surgeries
• Provide post-operative care, including pain management and recovery monitoring
• Respond to emergencies such as cardiac arrest and respiratory complications
• Collaborate with surgeons, ICU team, and nursing staff for smooth patient management
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NABH protocols
