Front Office Professional

The Front Office Professional will be responsible for handling patient registration, appointment coordination, reception desk management, enquiry handling, patient guidance, and front office documentation at Masina Hospital, Mumbai. This requires any graduate qualification with 3–6 years of experience in front office, reception, hospital coordination, or patient service operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and a patient-friendly approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and guests professionally at the front desk.
• Handle patient registration, appointment booking, OPD coordination, and enquiry management.
• Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, timings, services, and hospital process flow.
• Coordinate with OPD, billing, diagnostics, nursing, patient care, and admission teams.
• Maintain registration records, appointment schedules, enquiry logs, and patient details accurately.
• Guide patients for consultation, investigation, billing, admission, and report collection.
• Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and patient service requests politely.
• Manage patient waiting area communication and help reduce waiting time.
• Escalate patient complaints, delays, or service issues to seniors promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Use hospital software, computer systems, and communication tools efficiently.
• Support smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly front office operations.
