Job Description

Criticare Asia Hospital is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and provide an excellent first point of contact for patients and visitors. The involves handling registrations, appointments, inquiries, and coordination with internal departments to deliver a seamless patient experience.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle front desk operations efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and departments.
  • Coordinate with various departments for appointments, admissions, and patient services.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Guide patients through admission, billing, and insurance-related processes.
  • Ensure proper queue management and minimize waiting time for patients.
  • Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with billing and TPA teams for documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
  • Manage visitor logs and adhere to security protocols at the reception area.
  • Support OPD/IPD coordination and assist in admission procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Provide support in cash handling and receipt generation if required.
  • Assist in service recovery initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily reports and MIS related to front office activities.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
