Job Description

Macleods Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Logistics Officer to manage export documentation, regulatory coordination, and financial tracking related to international shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth export operations while adhering to regulatory frameworks such as FEMA, DGFT, and customs guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify export-related bank documentation in line with FEMA regulations and internal compliance standards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and authorized signatures on export documents
  • Submit export documents to banks and maintain systematic records of lodgements, payment realizations, and closure applications
  • Track and follow up on pending Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and maintain updated records from DGFT systems
  • Collaborate with documentation, accounts, and international finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of export transactions
  • Maintain invoice-wise MIS reports for export benefits such as RoDTEP and ensure accurate declaration on shipping bills
  • Monitor and reconcile RoDTEP incentives by verifying scroll numbers and approved amounts through customs/ICEGATE portal
  • Maintain detailed records of export incentives claimed, processed, and credited
  • Review shipping bill data and corresponding BRCs to ensure compliance with export benefit schemes
  • Address and resolve queries raised by customs authorities related to export incentives and documentation
  • Track export obligations under various schemes and maintain comprehensive MIS reports
  • Prepare and process documentation for advance license redemption, including coordination for CA certification
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and timely completion of export-related processes
