Sr Scientific Officer

The International Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sample processing, maintaining documentation, ensuring proper instrument maintenance records, and supporting laboratory operational efficiency. The involves coordinating sample workflows, maintaining turnaround time (TAT), ensuring compliance with safety and SOP standards, and supporting inventory and stock management. The candidate will work closely with lab teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality and procedural guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process and manage samples as per defined laboratory protocols and workflow requirements.
• Ensure proper sample sorting based on instrument requirements or STAT priority requests.
• Maintain and monitor turnaround time (TAT) for all assigned processes.
• Clean and disinfect work surfaces daily using 1% Sodium Hypochlorite before and after work activities.
• Follow and maintain instrument maintenance protocols and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in coordinating laboratory operations for smooth workflow execution.
• Ensure all records, documents, and logs are maintained and updated in real-time.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of reagents, consumables, and control materials.
• Assist in physical stock verification of department utilities with senior staff support.
• Ensure proper and optimal utilization of laboratory reagents and materials.
• Adhere strictly to laboratory safety procedures and quality guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs for all instruments and testing procedures.
• Support troubleshooting of technical issues in coordination with senior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members and management.
• Provide support to internal laboratory customers to ensure efficient operations.
• Demonstrate flexibility in shift timings based on operational requirements.
• Participate in internal CMEs and training programs for continuous learning.
• Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of test and instrument SOPs.
• Maintain discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Support in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment.
