Job Description
The Officer – Medical Services will be responsible for delivering scientific and medical support across functions, including development and review of medical content, supporting medico-marketing initiatives, and ensuring regulatory and promotional compliance. The involves managing KOL interactions, handling medical queries, conducting literature research, and contributing to clinical insights and competitive intelligence. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication of medical information and support business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific and medical support to internal teams including marketing, sales, and regulatory.
- Develop, review, and validate medical content, promotional materials, and scientific documents.
- Ensure all medical and promotional content complies with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Support medico-marketing activities with evidence-based inputs and clinical data.
- Manage and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Respond to medical queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Conduct literature reviews, clinical research analysis, and data interpretation.
- Prepare scientific presentations, dossiers, and training materials.
- Support product lifecycle activities with medical insights and clinical positioning.
- Monitor and analyze clinical trends, treatment guidelines, and therapeutic updates.
- Generate competitive intelligence and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in organizing CMEs, webinars, and scientific meetings.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams for approvals and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all scientific communications.
- Maintain documentation of medical information, references, and approvals.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities and adverse event reporting if required.
- Train sales and marketing teams on product knowledge and scientific aspects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of medical data and information.
- Stay updated with latest medical research, publications, and industry developments.
