We are looking for a Unit Manager to support center operations, sales coordination, OPD camp management, and overall unit performance. The requires strong management ability, patient-focused communication, business development support, and operational coordination to help drive center growth and service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily unit operations and support smooth center functioning.
- Coordinate sales, operations, patient service, and administrative activities.
- Plan and execute OPD camps and outreach activities.
- Support business growth through patient engagement and lead follow-up.
- Track unit performance, patient footfall, conversions, and operational targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and front office teams.
- Ensure patient queries and service issues are resolved quickly.
- Support appointment scheduling, patient flow, and center coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in team coordination, staff discipline, and workflow management.
- Identify local opportunities for patient awareness and center promotion.
- Maintain service quality and patient experience standards.
- Support management in implementing operational plans and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and healthcare service protocols.
