Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will manage business operations, planning, diagnostic workflow, team coordination, process improvement, and performance monitoring at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Mumbai / Karnataka region. This requires Operations Management, Engineering, or MBA preferred qualification with 10–15 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage regional or unit-level business operations for diagnostic services.
• Plan and monitor operational workflow, manpower, resources, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with center managers, radiology teams, pathology teams, sales, customer support, and MIS teams.
• Track operational targets, productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
• Identify process gaps, service delays, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business operation reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Support business planning, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth, scalable, and quality-focused diagnostic operations.
