Visiting Consultant

Visiting Consultant is responsible for providing specialty medical consultation, patient evaluation, clinical guidance, and treatment support as per scheduled visits. The requires relevant medical qualification with 1 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of internal medicine, rheumatology, drug safety, patient care, medical writing, and clinical documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialty consultations as per hospital visit schedule.
• Evaluate patients and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Review patient history, clinical findings, and investigation reports.
• Coordinate with resident doctors and nursing teams for patient care.
• Guide treatment planning for OPD and admitted patients.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes and medical documentation.
• Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis and care plan.
• Support follow-up care and referral decisions when required.
• Assist in complex case discussions and clinical decision-making.
• Ensure prescribed treatment follows safe and ethical medical practice.
• Communicate clearly with hospital teams regarding patient management.
• Support medical documentation, reports, and clinical record accuracy.
• Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
