Senior Executive - Deputy Manager - Front Office is responsible for managing hospital front office operations, patient care coordination, billing support, customer service, administration, and team supervision. Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office and patient reception operations.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and service guidance.
  • Coordinate with billing, admission, OPD, diagnostics, and clinical departments.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and service concerns professionally.
  • Monitor patient flow and improve front desk service efficiency.
  • Support billing coordination and payment-related communication when required.
  • Guide and supervise front office executives and support staff.
  • Maintain front office records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.
  • Monitor service quality, waiting time, and patient experience.
  • Support admission, discharge, and insurance coordination when required.
  • Ensure front desk discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards.
  • Prepare daily operational reports for management.
  • Follow hospital policies, confidentiality, and patient service standards.
  • Deliver organized, polite, and patient-friendly front office management.
