Clinical Assistant

The Clinical Assistant will support doctors, consultants, nurses, and clinical departments in patient assessment, documentation, procedure assistance, report follow-up, and patient care coordination at Magnum Group of Hospitals, Nashik. This requires hospital workflow understanding, clinical coordination skills, and patient-friendly communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and consultants during OPD, IPD, ward rounds, and clinical procedures.
• Support patient history collection, vitals recording, report tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, and patient care teams.
• Maintain patient records, investigation reports, prescription support, and clinical notes under guidance.
• Track pending reports, doctor instructions, procedures, and follow-up requirements.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and department coordination activities.
• Help in arranging clinical materials, forms, reports, and patient documents.
• Communicate politely with patients and attendants regarding process flow.
• Escalate abnormal findings, urgent reports, or patient concerns to doctors or seniors.
• Follow hospital protocols, patient privacy, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinical information.
• Ensure smooth, organized, and timely clinical support.
