Job Description

Dr Lal PathLabs is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales performance, build strong relationships with doctors and clients, and develop new business opportunities. The involves managing franchisee networks, supporting branch growth, and ensuring smooth coordination across functions to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and drive overall territory performance
  • Develop strong relationships with doctors, clients, and key stakeholders to generate business
  • entify and acquire new clients, collection centers, and business opportunities
  • Manage and support franchisee operations, ensuring standardization and growth
  • Provide marketing and branding support to strengthen market presence
  • Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and ensure timely closures
  • Gather market intelligence and provide insights for business improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales and operational activities
