Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assess athletes’ nutritional needs, body composition, training schedules, performance goals, and metabolic requirements through detailed evaluations.

2. Design personalized nutrition plans to improve athletic performance, endurance, strength, muscle recovery, hydration, and injury prevention.

3. Develop sport-specific meal plans and supplementation protocols tailored to training intensity, competition schedules, and recovery cycles.

4. Collaborate with coaches, physiotherapists, strength trainers, physicians, and sports psychologists to support holistic athlete development.

5. Monitor athletes’ progress through performance metrics, dietary adherence, hydration status, and body composition analysis.

6. Educate athletes and teams on healthy eating habits, nutrient timing, hydration strategies, supplementation safety, and recovery nutrition.

7. Provide nutritional guidance for weight management, muscle gain, fat loss, and performance optimization while ensuring safe and sustainable practices.

8. Stay updated with the latest research in sports science, exercise physiology, supplementation, and evidence-based sports nutrition practices.

9. Support athletes during competitions, training camps, tournaments, and travel by planning practical and performance-focused nutrition strategies.
