Executive Strategic Office

The Executive - Strategic Office will support business strategy planning, strategy reporting, data tracking, management coordination, and operational follow-up at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Pune. This requires strong analytical ability, reporting skills, coordination skills, and 0–4 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support strategic office activities, business planning, and management reporting.
• Prepare strategy reports, performance updates, dashboards, and follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, HR, procurement, compliance, and management teams.
• Track key business initiatives, project progress, pending tasks, and action points.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data for business strategy and decision-making support.
• Maintain confidential reports, presentations, documents, and strategic records.
• Support meetings, review discussions, and management communication.
• Identify process gaps, reporting delays, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare PPTs, Excel reports, summaries, and MIS as required.
• Ensure timely follow-up with internal departments for assigned tasks.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all reports.
• Support smooth execution of strategic initiatives and management priorities.
