Facility Executive

The Facility Executive will manage facility support, guest relationship management, office coordination, vendor follow-up, housekeeping supervision, maintenance support, and workplace service quality at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Pune. This requires 1–3 years of facility or administration experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and workplace service coordination.
• Support guest relationship management, visitor coordination, and front-area hospitality.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, vendor, and admin services.
• Monitor office cleanliness, facility readiness, seating arrangements, and basic infrastructure needs.
• Maintain facility records, service logs, vendor follow-ups, and admin documentation.
• Handle employee, visitor, and vendor queries professionally.
• Track facility complaints, service delays, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with administration, HR, operations, finance, and vendor teams.
• Support events, meetings, office arrangements, and facility requirements.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and workplace discipline are maintained.
• Maintain professional communication and service-focused behavior.
• Ensure smooth, organized, and employee-friendly facility operations.
