Rhythm Heart Institute is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Cardiologist to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases through advanced interventional procedures. The involves performing complex cardiac interventions, managing patient care, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and healthcare standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases and conditions.
- Perform interventional procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, stenting, and other catheter-based treatments.
- Evaluate patient history, conduct clinical assessments, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide emergency cardiac care including management of acute coronary syndromes.
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as ECG, echocardiography, stress tests, and cardiac imaging.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress post-procedure and provide follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, risks, and preventive care.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency services as required.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of cath lab equipment.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Stay updated with latest advancements in interventional cardiology and medical technologies.
- Participate in training, teaching, and knowledge-sharing activities.
