Dedicated Technician to Executive - OSD Packing or Granulation responsible for managing oral solid dosage manufacturing and packaging operations while ensuring compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards. Skilled in granulation processes, packing line operations, equipment handling, batch documentation, and process monitoring. Experienced in maintaining operational efficiency and product quality within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise OSD granulation and packing processes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing SOPs consistently.
- Monitor granulation and packing line performance regularly.
- Maintain batch manufacturing and packaging documentation accurately.
- Perform machine setup and line clearance activities when required.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and packaging components.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams for operational support.
- Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within manufacturing and packing areas.
- Monitor operational efficiency and minimize production downtime.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
- Ensure product quality and packaging compliance standards.
- Train operators and technicians on operational procedures.
- Contribute to process optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
