Administration Executive

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to manage facility operations and ensure high standards of workplace upkeep. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping services, vendor coordination, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment across all areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas, including meeting rooms and VIP spaces.
• Prepare daily reports, maintain checklists, logbooks, and housekeeping records.
• entify facility issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Manage staff deployment and conduct regular facility inspections.
• Coordinate with housekeeping service providers to address operational issues and complaints.
• Monitor cleaning schedules, including the 52-week calendar, and share periodic reports.
• Prepare and present MIS reports for housekeeping and administrative review.
• Oversee vendor compliance, billing processes, and performance evaluations.
• Support event setup, execution, and post-event facility management.
• Supervise additional services such as pest control, façade cleaning, parking, horticulture, and common facilities.
• Train and evaluate vendor staff to ensure adherence to service standards.
