Technical Assistant-Tablet Manufacturing

The Technical Assistant - Executive - Tablet Manufacturing will support tablet production activities, manufacturing operations, equipment handling, batch documentation, GMP compliance, and production workflow at Torrent Pharma, Ahmedabad. This requires M.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification with 1–5 years of experience in tablet manufacturing or pharmaceutical production.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support tablet manufacturing activities as per approved batch manufacturing records and SOPs.
• Operate or assist in handling tablet production equipment such as granulation, compression, coating, and related machines.
• Verify materials, batch details, equipment status, and area readiness before production activity.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records, equipment logs, cleaning records, and production documentation accurately.
• Monitor process parameters, product quality, yield, and in-process production requirements.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, and data integrity requirements during manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Report machine issues, process deviations, material mismatch, or production abnormalities to seniors promptly.
• Support equipment cleaning, changeover, line clearance, and area sanitization activities.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safe working practices in the manufacturing area.
• Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining product quality and compliance.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and quality-focused tablet manufacturing support.
