FTE - Tablet Manufacturing

The FTE - Tablet Manufacturing will support tablet production operations, material handling, equipment assistance, cleaning activities, batch support, and GMP learning at Torrent Pharma, Ahmedabad. This requires ITI qualification with 1–5 years of experience in production or pharmaceutical manufacturing support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in tablet manufacturing activities under senior supervision.
• Support production operations such as material movement, equipment preparation, granulation, compression, coating, and area cleaning.
• Follow instructions from production supervisors and technical team members.
• Help in equipment cleaning, changeover, line clearance support, and area readiness.
• Assist in maintaining basic production records, cleaning logs, and checklist entries under guidance.
• Support material verification, product handling, and production area discipline.
• Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, PPE, and manufacturing area rules.
• Report machine abnormalities, material issues, safety concerns, or process gaps to seniors.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA, QC, and engineering teams as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working practices in production areas.
• Participate in training, SOP understanding, and practical shop floor learning.
• Support safe, timely, and quality-focused tablet manufacturing workflow.
