Assistant Manager - MEP

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – MEP to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) services for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution, cost control, and quality compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of MEPF systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, utilities, and lifts.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and support tendering and vendor evaluation.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Review MEP drawings and technical submissions and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Verify contractor bills and track project costs and material usage.
• Manage vendor follow-ups to ensure timely completion of work.
• Resolve site and engineering issues and ensure smooth project execution.
