Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to support quality management activities in the hospital. The involves ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, assisting in audits, and improving overall service quality. The candidate should be a graduate with an MHA and a basic understanding of hospital quality processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of quality standards and hospital protocols
• Assist in internal and external audits and documentation
• Monitor and maintain quality records, reports, and compliance data
• Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to quality guidelines
• Identify areas of improvement and support quality initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation as per accreditation standards
• Assist in training staff on quality and safety practices
• Track performance indicators and prepare reports
• Support overall quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
