Executive

The Executive will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions including facility management, housekeeping, security coordination, and compliance with SOPs. The involves ensuring efficient movement control (man, material, vehicle, and visitors), maintaining cleanliness and infrastructure, managing inventories, and supporting overall operational efficiency within the plant premises.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems to control movement of manpower, materials, visitors, and vehicles within the premises.
• Prepare, implement, and maintain Admin SOPs and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping across factory premises including offices, production areas, corridors, canteen, washrooms, parking, and open areas.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to perform duties as per defined SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and ensure uninterrupted availability.
• Coordinate and monitor pest control activities as per SOP and maintain proper records.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate civil repair work with the maintenance department.
• Ensure proper plumbing, sanitation, and upkeep of washrooms and utilities.
• Manage uniform and apron distribution, cleaning, and compliance as per company policy.
• Ensure proper locker allocation, maintenance, and adherence to employee policies.
• Coordinate with security personnel to safeguard company property and prevent theft or misuse.
• Monitor grooming, discipline, and deployment of housekeeping and security staff.
• Conduct daily briefings for security guards and housekeeping teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of surrounding external areas of the company premises.
• Maintain records and inventory of all inward and outward material movements.
• Track and manage returnable gate passes, visitor passes, and key inventories.
• Monitor company vehicle movement, maintain logbooks, and track bus arrival/departure timings.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to administration and facility management.
• Handle admin-related documentation, data entry, and processing of bills and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards at all times.
• entify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement corrective actions.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with cross-functional departments.
• Perform any additional administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
